  1. Requiem
    Requiem
    Requiem is a restaurant that educates, delights and excites not just the taste buds and other senses but the brain also. An evening at Requiem will be like dining in the world's best museums, whilst at the same time experiencing exquisite foods inspired by the tribes of South East Asia, creating modern fusion dishes. It aims to not only educate the public about these tribes with information and inspired foods but also with artifacts coming from the 18th-21st century and keep alive the memory and some of the culture of these indigenous peoples. Requiem will also donate a percentage of the profits to causes that help stop the plight of tribal peoples throughout Asia. By preserving these tribes, we not only preserving the knowledge and cultures of these peoples, we are also preserving their lands.

    A new taste in town… “The Sausage Factory” is a place for the relaxed, easy going, and harmonious members of the local community.  We want the community to have a new favorite hangout, whether you’re relaxing with friends and colleagues, having a bussiness meeting or perusing a romantic evening.   “The Sausage Factory” combines wonderful style, sophistication and genuine hospitality to create a truly unique experience. We offer great small entrees, appetizers and mains with the combination of well priced wines and spirits. We work with local businesses to bring you the finest most natural and best tasting products.
  3. The Hotel

    The Hotel is a well presented hotel, which enjoys a popular local following, having the largest facilities in the town and also in the immediate area. The Island regularly attracts guests for both business and pleasure purposes, as well as being a popular meeting place for many local organisations and groups, in addition to its popularity for banquets, dinner dances, birthdays, anniversaries and wedding celebrations. Within the Hotel will be Edesis Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria and The Grenville Arms sports bar with additional outside seating on Basement level and The Huer's Hut fine dining restaurant at ground level.
  4. Cold Cuts

    Cider and Wine Bar
    Singapore's first bar specialising in pairing wines and ciders with cured meats an cheeses from around Europe. Cold Cuts will also be the first bar in Singapore to serve draught Cyder and the first in S.E.Asia to carry Pyder (we also carry a large range of ciders and Perrys, Spirits and some beers)! "Ciders, Cyders, Pyders and Perrys....?" Confused! All Cyders are Ciders, but not all Ciders are Cyders! A Cyder is made from fressly pressed apples only, using their natural yeasts, Modern Ciders are mainly made from rehydrated apples and using added yeasts and sometimes added sugar! A Perry is a Pear cider but only using the traditional Perry Pear, and a Pyder is a beautiful mix of Perry and Cyder (one of the most refreshing drinks for a hot day)!
