ABOUT US
HHT Hospitality Pte Ltd is a holding company for the development, management and the acquisition of bars, restaurant, hotels and entertainment venues. Our aim is to cater to locals, expatriates and tourists; offering them quality, exclusivity of products and exquisite service at affordable prices.
Being directly connected to an alcohol import and distribution company, we are able to offer our housepour wines and spirits at very competitive prices, whilst also supplying higher-end products at the same time. Our short-medium term goal is to develop and solidify our four current projects; The Sausage Factory and Requiem in Singapore and a hotel project with a fine dining restaurant, an Italian restaurant and a sports bar in the UK. Our long-term goals are to expand our brands internationally as well as developing new brands and concepts.
 
  
OUR TEAM
  1. Sebastian Hadfield-Hyde
    Sebastian Hadfield-Hyde is the CEO and founder of the HHT group. Having set up many companies across a spectrum of industries and been a director of numerous other companies both in the UK and Southeast Asia. Sebastian aims to grow the HHT group exponentially and always insures that the best team is in place. He has a very hands on approach and is willing to fill any role that is needed to be filled, no matter how small the task maybe. He oversees every aspect of the business and believes in the people put in place to see that all roles are executed to the highest standards.
  2. Derek-Jerome Ang
    Derek is the Managing Director in Singapore. His past includes business development in capital markets across the Asia Pacific for Marcus Evans Group and in the events and hospitality industry he has worked with the British Club and Jam Bar Team Building, as well as having affiliations with the owners of the top bars and clubs across Singapore. Keen to make a positive difference in everything he does and make productive contributions to the company to ensure its continual success and growth in the future. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, Hokkien. Intermediate French, Thai and basic German and Spanish, Derek is invaluable asset to the company.
  3. Carl Kelly
    Carl is the UK's Managing Director. Having run numerous of his own companies and been an executive for Wembley Stadium where he was responsible for looking after their corporate partners and involved in generating business for Caesars palace in Las Vegas using their partner scheme. He maintained very senior professional relationships with footballers and business owners. Carl is highly motivated and a very ambitious individual. Carl always strives to be the best in all that he does. He is very passionate and believes in a hands on approach.
