Invest in a bar that specialises in pairing wines and ciders with foods. Importing 90% of its products directly from source allows us to have the most competitive prices on the market. Without the need of a fully functioning kitchen, we can maximise space while minimising costs. The first location we are looking at is in the north of Singapore, with subsequent outlets following in the east and then the CBD. Cold Cuts expects to launch in mid 2017.
