Requiem is not just your normal restaurant; inspired by Social Anthropology, the British Museum and the Asian Civilization Museum, it is a restaurant that educates, delights and excites not just the taste buds and other senses but the brain also. An evening at Requiem will be like dining in the world's best museums, whilst at the same time experiencing exquisite foods inspired by the tribes of South East Asia, creating modern fusion dishes. 

The Hotel consists of luxury sleeping accomodation, a fine dining restaurant, an Italian restaurant, and a Sports bar all open to the general public and available for private hire. Our superior and luxury double rooms come with antique king beds or two single beds.  The Hotel is also licenced for weddings. 

The Sausage Factory is a chain of bars serving alcohol at a  very competitive prices, they also specialise in homemade sausages and sausage based dishes.

 Most of the Alcohol served at The Sausage Factory is made by small family owned wineries, breweries and distilleries, ensuring quality and unique selections.
